Club Members Help with "A Day of Action"
Jacque Casillas, Director of Latino Voter Registration Project/Riverside County, Suji Fox and Pam Rocca, DCSRC Voter Registration Co-Chairs orgainized a voter registration "Day of Action". There were 12 DCSRC members included in the group of volunteers. After a well-organized training session by Jacque and her team, they went in small groups to various parks, and also door-to-door registering Democratic voters and enlisting new volunteers. A BBQ was held at the end of day and was great fun. The project is now called "It Gets Bluer."
